About the Role
As a Technical Solution Manager, you will be responsible for delivering innovative energy storage solutions that meet client needs. This role requires strong technical expertise in renewable energy power generation systems, power transformation and distribution systems, as well as experience in microgrid energy storage system development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects;
2. Design ESS solutions based on client needs, prepare bidding documents;
3. Identify technical risks and resolve system issues during project implementation;
4. Prepare and negotiate technical agreements;
5. Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information;
6. Transform local market technical requirements into competitive product demands.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or other science and engineering majors;
2. Familiarity with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems;
3. Experience in microgrid energy storage system development, familiar with grid-forming PCS technology;
4. Familiarity with energy storage project development processes and requirements in overseas regions;
5. Priority given to those with 3 years or more of experience in energy projects (energy storage, photovoltaic, power generation, etc.) ;
6. Ability to read various English technical specifications and papers, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
7. Excellent user needs analysis capabilities and customer relationship management skills;
8. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, presentation skills, execution ability, and logical thinking skills.
