Concession Manager Responsibilities The quality that we would like to offer resides, first of all, in the daily attention to personal appearance within the store, with a style that meets the standards of casual elegance signature luxury of the brand. Furthermore, appearance signifies a polite, helpful disposition and being attentive to both customers and to colleagues: group work is carried out within the boutique which, under the coordination of the Store Manager, follows all of the necessary activities to provide customers with an experience of excellence. The elements needed to keep up‑to‑date with product knowledge, aesthetics and philosophy are provided each season, in order to allow the Sales Associate to competently follow and guide the customer through the collection, to trying on and the selection. It is necessary to adhere to a service of sales, which renders our store experience unique and which demonstrates the special attention that accompanies our business from the creation of the collection all the way to the final presentation. Managing the working environment not only includes the appearance in the boutique, the relationship with the customers and conducting sales transactions, but also provides for looking after visual displays: within the store as well as the window displays, both for daily placements and for periodical dressings and amendments. Moreover, managing includes organised administration of the warehouse and inventory, so that the supply and availability responds to an orderly and clear criterion, in absolute support of the communication with customers and the company. The Concession Manager oversees all aspects related to our concessions located within La Rinascente Milano. The role is responsible for driving sales performance, leading and developing the team, and ensuring excellence in clientelling, operations, and merchandise presentation. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Concession Manager ensures team alignment and full compliance with company protocols and policies, while maintaining strong collaboration with the department store management.

Cultivating relationships with clients through a continuous and attentive presence on the shop floor, ensuring a welcoming and refined service experience consistent with the brand philosophy, corporate image and client‑engagement guidelines. Guiding the sales team and ensuring that customer service consistently meets company standards, fostering an approach centred on care, respect and the quality of each interaction. Ensuring alignment with company guidelines and established KPIs by monitoring daily performance and implementing the necessary actions to support the achievement of targets across both concessions. Contributing to the organization of in‑store activations, events and client‑engagement initiatives designed to welcome new clients, strengthen existing relationships and support CRM development. Maintaining high visual‑merchandising standards through the proper implementation of visual guidelines and coordinating the team in the setup and upkeep of displays. Providing regular updates and reports on sales trends and product performance, including bestsellers and slow movers, ensuring timely communication with the relevant stakeholders. Collaborating closely with stock and operations teams so that stock management, replenishment and support during inventory activities are carried out in an orderly manner and in full compliance with headquarters’ retail procedures. Maintaining continuous and structured communication with HQ and the management team, ensuring alignment on operational priorities and smooth coordination across all key processes. Using the IT applications and systems provided by the Company correctly and consistently, ensuring proper data management and an effective use of retail and CRM tools.
Qualifications For the role of Concession Manager, we are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Retail, with at least 2–3 years in managerial roles, preferably within luxury or premium brands and within department store concession environments. The ideal candidate has a solid product understanding and a strong knowledge of the fashion and luxury retail industry. Strong leadership, commercial mindset and customer orientation are essential to be successful in this role. xlwpduy Fluency in Italian and English is required; knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
