Client Director owns the day-to-day client relationship and all elements of delivery, ensuring the implementation of the strategic vision, achievement of financial targets, and development of a trusted partnership with the client. /p pThe role leads the Shared Service Delivery Operations, providing high-quality media operations to support Media and Performance brands. This includes oversight of platform configuration, campaign setup and optimization, media delivery and reconciliation, reporting, and supplier validation. /p pThe Director ensures operational excellence, strategic alignment, and continuous improvement across all delivery areas. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as a dentsu ambassador, fostering strong internal and external relationships to enhance the company’s reputation. /li liOwn the client relationship, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery of innovative, ambitious, and commercially sound solutions. /li liDeepen senior-level client relationships to ensure retention and growth. /li liImmerse self and team in the client’s business: understanding challenges, objectives, market dynamics, competitive threats, and partner ecosystem. /li liTranslate agency strategy into actionable business plans that deliver measurable value to the client. /li liUse account plans to stimulate and track future work, ensuring resource allocation aligns with client priorities. /li /ul h3Operational Excellence /h3 ul liLead delivery operations including campaign setup, platform configuration, media reconciliation, and reporting. /li liPromote best practices, process compliance, and continuous improvement across all operational activities. /li liEnsure quality standards, SLAs, and client expectations are consistently met or exceeded. /li liManage systems for accurate forecasting and tracking of media spend and operational performance. /li /ul h3Team Leadership Collaboration /h3 ul liLead and mentor cross-functional teams focused on sub-practice delivery areas. /li liEnsure team members build strong relationships with client counterparts and deliver outstanding service. /li liFoster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on client success and operational excellence. /li /ul h3Financial Management Commercial Oversight /h3 ul liDefine and monitor revenue streams, budgets, and financial targets in collaboration with Media Practice President and CEO. /li liOwn cross-service line client PL, ensuring both revenue and profit growth. /li liUnderstand the client’s commercial framework and ensure the business is run profitably. /li liPartner with Finance to ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and budget tracking. /li liImprove client satisfaction to expand existing revenue streams and unlock new opportunities. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience in media operations, strategic account management, and client leadership. /li liStrong understanding of media platforms, campaign lifecycle, and performance optimization. /li liDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex delivery operations. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. /li liFinancial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and PL ownership. /li liAbility to translate strategic vision into actionable plans that drive business value. /li liFluent in English; other languages are a plus depending on client portfolio. /li /ul pIf you believe you match these skills, please apply!
