We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our HR Payroll & Administration Team based in Milan.
Responsibilities
Managing all aspects related to personnel administration and employment relationships within the company, in compliance with current legislation and internal company policies
Handling employment contracts (hiring, extensions, transfers, business trips, terminations, etc.) and monitoring related deadlines
Keeping constantly updated on labor law regulations and the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL)
Managing communications and acting as a point of contact with public institutions and external labor consultants for all administrative requirements
TeamYou'll directly report to our Payroll Coordinator.
What Makes You a Great Fit
At least 2–3 years of experience in personnel administration
Solid knowledge of HR administration processes
Strong understanding of labor cost components and structure
Excellent command of Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical mindset, accuracy, proactivity, teamwork attitude, and problem solving abilities
Knowledge of the ADP system is considered a plus
