Following this initial period, the bmain assignment will be in Sicily /b, which is the core objective of this replacement. The relocation to Sicily is a key part of the role and essential to its long-term success. /ppbMajor Responsibilities /b /pulliDeliver customer operator training in Abbott facilities or on-site; /liliPerform new instrument and assay implementations through Test Of Record (TOR); /liliPerform on-site assay investigation, troubleshooting and operator training and coaching; /liliSuccess in this role is measured by customer satisfaction score (NPS), service key performance indicators achievement and resolution rates. /li /ulpbEducation and Competencies Required /b /pulliBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s / Engineering degree in medical / electrical / mechanical or medical technology is preferred. /liliProven track record in a similar position supported by management and customer references. /liliSuccessful engagement with customers, specifically lab staff. /liliStrong communication skills. /liliTechnical expert for product line responsibility. /liliStrong experience in use of analytical tools and software. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
