Following this initial period, the bmain assignment will be in Sicily /b, which is the core objective of this replacement. The relocation to Sicily is a key part of the role and essential to its long-term success. /ppbMajor Responsibilities /b /pulliDeliver customer operator training in Abbott facilities or on-site; /liliPerform new instrument and assay implementations through Test Of Record (TOR); /liliPerform on-site assay investigation, troubleshooting and operator training and coaching; /liliSuccess in this role is measured by customer satisfaction score (NPS), service key performance indicators achievement and resolution rates. /li /ulpbEducation and Competencies Required /b /pulliBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
