Job Description
International Card Services (ICS) brings together our International Consumer, Small Business Services (SBS), and Middle and Large-Market Corporate segments. Within the Corporate Acquisition division, the Sales Operations Intern will support commercial activities, acting as a bridge between strategy and execution and contributing to business growth and new customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
* Prospect List Profiling: Assist in creating and maintaining lists for prospect eligibility, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
* Performance Reporting: Help generate and analyze reports related to team performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Presentation Preparation: Support the preparation of presentations for team and channel business reviews, ensuring clear and impactful communication of key metrics and strategies.
* Event Sales Management: Assist in overseeing the presence of the sales team at events, coordinating logistics and ensuring effective representation.
* Escalation Management: Help coordinate and manage escalation cases related to Risk, Credit, and other issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Qualifications
* Current students graduating in 2026.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Interest in sales operations or a related field.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Proactive problem‑solving skills.
