Japanese Speaking Human Resources (HR) Officer

Job Description
* Responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
* Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
* Coordinate and support onboarding activities for new hires, including monitoring onboarding timelines and tracking deadlines.
* Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
* Assist in performance management processes
* Arrange and handle employee engagement activities and programs.
* Assist with additional HR-related tasks and administrative support as required, with specific responsibilities to be defined as needs evolve.
Work Location
* Fully remote (work from home)
* A stable internet connection is required
* For security reasons, work must be performed from home
* A company laptop will be provided; no personal equipment is required
Compensation
* Monthly fee (2,300 euros)
* Annual performance-based bonus
* Three-month probation period (salary paid during probation)
* Payments will be made to your local bank account

Requirements
* BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or any other related field
* Fluent-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
* Solid HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced multinational company
* Strong computer literacy
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organizational skills, with a high attention to detail
* Committed to excellence and continuous improvement
* Ability to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment
