Mission:The Project Control Document Controller arrange, manage and upkeep the workflow of issue and handling (electronic and paper copy) of Project Documentation, according to technical specification, company and job procedures and contractual requirements. Support Project Control Team to manage and ensure the control of project progress by deliverables.Key Activities & Responsibilities:To cooperate with Project Director/Project Manager and Project Engineering Manager in the preparation of Project Procedures to define the workflow of documentation management to ensure official issue and handling of Project Documentation according to the technical specification, company and job procedures and contractual requirements;To cooperate with Project IT Systems and Project Engineering Manager to arrange, manage and upkeep the structure (customized for the job) of the electronic system o EDMS-Documentum which is used to issue, archive and distribute the Project Documents;To cooperate with Project Control Planning Engineer to manage the information to obtain the progress assessment by deliverables;To support discipline engineers in upload and internal transmission of documents, using EDMS, verifying and ensuring completeness and congruence of information and files charged (native format, revisions, version, language etc.);To ensure the official transmission of Project Documents (Soft e Hard Copy) to Client/PMC, to Vendors, to Site Managers;To ensure, after receiving, distribution to disciplines and archiving (Soft and/or Hard Copy) of Project Documentation officially transmitted by Client/PMC and Vendors;To provide technical support and/or training (cooperating with Project It Systems) to all the taskforce personnel for the use of EDMS-Documentum;To provide technical support to taskforce in collecting and preparing documentation books (Soft e Hard Copy) MRs, Work Requisition etc., as applicable.As a member of the department the duties of the Document Control Engineer are:• To provide feedback to the Project Control Vice President concerning problems arising from application of standard methods and work instruction to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department;• To keep himself/herself up-to-date about the technical specific improvement of the discipline.Things that Should be in Your Background: Technical skills:· Fluent in French· Fluent in English · Good Knowledge of OFFICE (i.e. power point, excel, word)Educational Foundation:· Graduated or High School Diploma in languagesSoft Skills:· Attitude to perform the work in team, in an international and multi-cultural environment· "Achieve the goal” approach
