PThe Green Recruitment Company has been partnered with a leading renewable energy company with more around 20 GW of projects under development to work in their Italian office. /ppbr/ppThe Business Project Manager will be in charge of the technical business development and origination of solar PV and Onshore Wind projects in Italy. /ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities: /strong /pulliManage end-to-end project development activities for Onshore Wind and Solar PV projects. /liliObtain grid access and connection processes, including Technical Access Contracts and coordination with ENEL and TERNA (EON-ION-FON). /liliAccomplish Environmental Impact Approvals for renewable energy projects and overseen the development of joint evacuation infrastructure. /liliLand lease negotiations, preparation of plot lists and handling expropriation procedures. /liliDraft and manage documentation related to Administrative Authorizations, Grid Connection, and Construction phases. /liliConduct technical and legal due diligence on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. /liliCollaborate effectively with internal teams and external consultants to support project design and technical assessments. /liliDevelop and negotiate technical and commercial terms for land lease agreements, DDS, and acquisition contracts. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications /strong /pulliElectrical Engineering Master Degree. /lili5+ years of experience originating and developing onshore Wind and Solar PV projects. /liliSkilled in managing and overseeing Sole Authorization procedures for wind farms and photovoltaic (PV) plants, ensuring compliance with regional and national regulations, and executing related renewable energy projects. /liliExperience in the elaboration of technical documents for grid connection with Terna. /liliExperience and knowledge working with QGis. /liliFluency in English and availability to travel is a requirement. /liliAvailability to travel. /li /ul
