Job Requirements
At CTS NEWCO, part of Baker Hughes, we are looking for a Project Manager responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project activities and resources.
As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include :
* Ensuring full contractual compliance and applying the Quality System criteria tailored to the project.
* Defining the Coordination Procedure and Project Quality Plan as planned.
* Serving as the main point of contact between the Client and the Company.
* Leading the Project Team in executing activities, defining tasks, and issuing instructions to personnel.
* Managing communication and reporting on the project.
* Monitoring and ensuring the quality of work across departments, maintaining full responsibility.
* Tracking project schedules, assessing progress, and preparing reports.
* Managing project variations.
* Archiving quality records related to the project, such as Quality Control Plans and Audit reports.
* Supporting the professional development of the project team staff.
* Implementing corrective actions to prevent delays and additional costs, and re-prioritizing as needed.
* Keeping management informed of significant project developments.
* Overseeing invoicing and collections.
Work Experience
To succeed in this role, you should :
1. Hold a Technical High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Have proven experience in EPC companies in a similar role.
3. Possess in-depth knowledge of EPC project processes and procedures.
4. Be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
5. Be a self-starter capable of leading a team during proposal preparation.
6. Be able to perform complex engineering and contracting tasks.
7. Work effectively under tight deadlines, ensuring clarity and quality in documentation and services.
8. Communicate design issues clearly to senior management, clients, and suppliers.
9. Make independent decisions confidently.
