Optimize the inspection philosophy in line with Client standards and the legislation in force.Update the Inspection plan into IDMS (Inspection Data Management System, ANTEA) according to the plant modifications, new inspection scopes and RBI outputSupport data collection for RBI study and follow-up its execution for Oil Centre and FlowlinesEnsure adequate adjustment of Inspection Programs/Plans according to RBI output.Collect the inspection data to draft the monthly inspection report.Support the Corrosion Engineer for the assessment of the major corrosion threat and adjust the inspection plan consequently.Develop a Written Scheme of Examination when required according to Company and International StandardCoordinate multidisciplinary support to inspection activity attending to the "5 weeks look ahead" weekly meeting and update inspection main activities in Integrated Operational Planning (5 month look ahead).Facilitate the interface between Authorities and CPY for Inspection activities.Monitor & audit the contractors performance & quality on site.Follow up and support General Inspection Service Contract team daily activitiesAssure the quality of the information for feedback (KPI) and reporting.Validate inspection reports and ensure anomalies are properly managed through SAP notifications (CMMS)Ensure that all activities are conducted in respect of HSE Group standards and Italian regulations minimizing the production short falls.Attend to the weekly and daily inspection meetings
Requirements
Mechanical Engineer degree or equivalent10 years minimum of Inspection experience with strong skills in Inspection method and practices5 years of experience in Oil&Gas sectorISO 9712 NDT (preferable)API 510 (Pressure Vessel Inspector (preferable)API 570 Piping Inspector (preferable)API 653 Aboveground Storage Tank Inspector (preferable)UNI EN 16991:2018DM 239/04, D.
