Hey! You think you are a quick and proactive person? If so, you could make a difference in our operations team! We are looking for an Operative Assistant to join our team in Campogalliano (MO). YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE: - Having shipments under complete control; - Being responsible for managing and creating the dispatch in the system; - Being responsible for weekly and daily operational scheduling; - Entering shipments into the system by arranging the trip; - Verifying and managing issues of documents necessary for shipment - Coordinating and distributing shipments to Carriers. WHO YOU ARE: - You hold an High School Diploma - You are fluent in English - You are proficient in MS Office - You have problem solving skills - You are able to manage complexities and stress - You preferably have knowledge in transport industry DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?
