Key Responsibilities\nStrategy This role requires combination of analytical, communication and strategic and ability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive technical results. Business Should be able to understand business requirement and functionality within the product and business workflow. Processes Should adhere to SCB standards and flow at all point in time. Any new process should undertake a training and delivery as expected. People & Talent Should have T24 product knowledge and role does not require any people management. Below T24 product knowledge expected,\nMinimum of 8 years’ experience in T24 development/consultancy\nMandatory work experience in T24 R18 & above in TAFJ\nProgramming in Info basic, Java, JavaScript\nKnowledge of Application Server e.g. jboss\nWorking experience in RedHat Linux, IBM AIX OS\nUnderstanding of RDBMS preferably Oracle & SQL knowledge\nEssential Technical knowledge: to support design, analysis, and implementation of\nT24 logging and monitoring.\nSMS – Security Management system\nData Protection, (Encryption, masking, …)\nBatch / COB\nGood understanding & possible exposure to\nJava VMs and artefacts (WAR and EAR files), performance tuning, JMS\nIntegration - data & interfaces\nIRIS\nComponentisation of applications\nRole of an ESB for event driven messaging and orchestration\nSecurity concepts & cryptography\nSingle Sign On concepts / supported solutions, LDAP / Active Directory\nWeb Services\nAPI first architecture\nContinual Release Deployment\nCloud hosting\nExpert knowledge in 3 or more T24 functional products. Professional Attributes Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.\nExcellent communication – written, oral and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work under tight deadlines and stretch to meet timelines.\nAdherence to coding standards\nClear and complete understanding of the Agile framework and methodology\nHas strong proficiency in the tools, systems, procedures that are used to accomplish BAU.\nDemonstrate strong collaboration skills with key stakeholders.\nEnsure adherence to standard Systems Development Processes as applicable. Risk Management All risks should be mitigated on time without any non-compliances. Governance Should be able to monitor the team member BAU and conduct regular calls to mitigate any gaps or blockers.
