We encourage an innovative workplace to strategically drive the business by being solution oriented. /p h3WHAT YOU WILL DO /h3 pThe Senior Sales Associate will join our team reporting to the Store Manager. You will build relationship with customers and maximize sales opportunity, whilst maintaining store standards in terms of image, product and operations, and delivering the Versace customer experience. /p h3Business Client Management /h3 ul liPartner with management team to strategically achieve sales targets /li liStrive to always increase brand and product knowledge /li liMaster selling skills to satisfy customer needs /li liTake action to maximize the sales opportunity on all categories /li liEmbrace and promote our Retail Excellence Program with both clients and staff /li liBuild strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management through effective communication /li liEnsure superlative customer service standards, to meet customer expectations /li liAct as brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele /li liDeliver the ultimate Versace experience to increase customer loyalty /li liDrive results through delivering an elevated customer experience both during and after sale service /li /ul h3CRM activities /h3 ul liCapture customer data all the time /li liProactively take possible actions to maintain a long‑term relationship with customers /li liParticipate in the organization of In‑store and Promotional events /li liImplement and manage the boutique’s community outreach program to maintain active social relationships with clients /li /ul h3Operations /h3 ul liEnsure the stock and the backroom are effectively managed and operational duties are met (goods receiving, transferring, stock take, stock arrangement, reporting etc.) /li liRemain in compliance with operational and company policies and procedures /li liEnsure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company directives and participate to VM set‑up /li /ul h3YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE /h3 ul li2 to 3 years’ experience in retail – luxury experience preferred /li liCreative skills and “eye for fashion”, attention to detail /li /ul h3WE’D LOVE TO SEE /h3 ul liHigh level of knowing trends /li liAn entrepreneur with the ability to drive results /li liWell connected with a strong ability to engage /li liElevated customer service skills; a true fashion expert with a passion for sales /li liA positive, outgoing, high‑energy personality able to thrive within a high paced environment and being multi‑tasking /li liStrong relationships skills and ability to maintain long‑term with clients and community and understands the needs and changes of the market /li liAbility to work in a team /li /ul pAt Versace, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
