The activity of AWS domain : front desk reparations for civil and military operators, support on the ground and in flight, technical support for A / C developers, operators and maintenance centers. Responsibilities The Quality Specialist - HSE & Facility Mgt deputy will report directly to the Quality Manager and functionally to HSE Manager and Facility Manager and Director of Vergiate Site. Execute Internal Audits and support Audits by the relevant authorities to ensure surveillance / renewal / acquire of new required certification Support to maintain the Documentation system SMS Manage the Non Conformity (Customers Claim, Incoming Material) or gap to internal standards and manage Action plan Manage issuance and revocation of authorizations for certifying staff and declaration of competence for operative workforce (cartella tecnica individuale) Be the Point of Contact of Thales IT HQ - HSE and Facility Mgt Dept Support to maintain the SMS Risk Evaluation Document for Vergiate Site Perform site HSE audit and inspections producing audit reports Generate KPIs and periodic HSE reports for site Be accountable for the implementation of Thales HSE Sites and Product and Solutions policies, ensuring proper reporting to Thales Italia HSE Management In close coordination with Thales IT HQ - HSE and Facility Mgt. Dept. define and lead the action plan needed to insure Vergiate Site conformity to applicable regulations and Standards in particular Italian Law 81 / 08 and 152 / 06 (sanitary surveillance, HSE training, PPE assignment and maintenance, Fire System Maintenance, Incident investigation reports, tools documentation and compliance to the law) Qualifications Engineer or Technical degree Experience : 3-5 years experience in Quality Management of Aeronautical activities Good knowledge in Quality / Safety Management System for Aeronautic Service Experience in acquirement and renewal of Part 145 aeronautical certification is a plus.
