Day‐to‐day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Program Managers, System Teams, and other stakeholders), optimize product performance, and foster knowledge growth within the TMS development team, and much more.We'll look to you for:
Proposing and elaborating the Product specifications aligned with Solutions needs and requirements, in coordination with Program Managers and System Teams as needed, ensuring safety & quality, application competitiveness, customer orientation, and innovationExecuting timely all developments related to TMS (performances, planning/delivery, cost, risks, savings) and supporting the PMs to respect the approved QCD commitmentsSupporting the development of knowledge growth from technical, functional, and operational points of view for the TMS teamOptimizing and measuring Product performancesPromoting a collaborative and innovative mindset within the team to foster resilience and continuous improvement
