The responsibilities of the role will cover all areas of the talent journey, driving engagement and a robust &, positive experience for all candidates at all levels, from job posting to assessment &, selection to onboarding, ensuring we attract and hire diverse and quality talent in our business. Responsabilit • Manage recruiting activity across a variety of disciplines including Digital Technology, and Manufacturing • Be a great partner across businesses and TA teams, establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers in order to understand their business and recruitment needs and fill their open positions in a timely manner • Set high recruitment standards to guarantee positive candidate experience, always taking into consideration operational excellence and compliance • Effectively use social media tools in alignment with GE's Brand Strategy Functie-eisen • Master's degree from an accredited university is required, organizational psychology, humanistic or law degree are preferred • Previous experience in a similar role • Organized and structured approach • Fluency in English • Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required Desired Characteristics • Positive and emphatic approach • Desire to work in an international and diverse environment La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
