Ph3Overview /h3pStern Energy Spa, a leading service company for utility scale and industrial photovoltaic power plants, with 6 subsidiaries across Europe, more than 250 employees, and 2.0 GW assets under management, is looking for a Commercial (Financial) Asset Manager – Photovoltaic/Wind Sector (Spain and Portugal) to join its dynamic Asset Management team, for the oversight of PV and/or wind projects in Spain and Portugal. We are seeking proactive candidates with Financial training or equivalent qualification, and with experience in Asset Management within the renewable energy sector with a focus on Solar and Wind plants. Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, the Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing the commercial, financial, and soft technical aspects of photovoltaic and/or wind projects. The role involves collaboration with Spanish, Portuguese and English-speaking business partners and colleagues. /ppstrongNote: The em emphasis has been removed per formatting guidelines; content retained from original description. /strong /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and coordinate the management of the assigned PV portfolios. /liliMonitor the income and expenses of renewable energy operating companies. /liliPrepare and maintain liquidity and budget planning, including cost control. /liliProduce regular reports for investors, owners, and banks on asset financial performance. /liliManage and oversee operations, maintenance, and service contracts for our operating companies. /liliSupport quarterly and annual financial statement preparation and related documentation. /liliHandle insurance claims and/or warranty on behalf of the project company. /liliCollaborate closely with stakeholders, technical operations managers, investors, banks, tax advisors, auditors, and public authorities. /liliOrganize shareholder meetings from preparation, execution and follow-up. /liliFollow up internal reporting on plants in his portfolio and liaise with the clients plants managers. /liliManage complex tasks with a multidisciplinary approach and by coordinating with various counterparts. /li /ulh3Essential requirements and skills /h3ulliAt least 2 years of professional experience in similar works. /liliIndependent, resilient, and detail-oriented working style. /liliExcellent proficiency in MS Office applications. /liliFluency in Spanish and Portuguese is required. /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills. /liliTeam-oriented mindset. /li /ulpJob location: Parma, Italy /ppThe contractual terms for the position will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, with the goal of a long-term placement within the company team. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
