This opens up enormous potential for the easy and economical integration of machines and systems into modern industrial environments.Our R&D department based in Nonantola (MO) is a center of global competence for Compact Hydraulic productsJob DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic and ambitious Junior Sales to join our sales team. This is a \"growth role\" designed for a candidate with a technical mindset who wants to transition into a commercial career. You will be mentored to become a product specialist, supporting our market expansion across Europe and the Middle East.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support: Assist in visiting assigned customers in the Mobile sector, learning to identify new project opportunities for CH products.Reporting: Maintain accuracy in the CRM system by creating post‑visit reports and tracking customer performance metrics.Market Analysis: Support the team in gathering data and updating market analyses to identify potential new clients and & Training: Assist in delivering technical‑commercial presentations and product training for customers and Sales Country Units.Sales Administration: Learn to prepare quotes, define budgets, and manage the PCR (Price Change Request) process for direct customers.Technical Collaboration: Provide on‑site support to Engineering (ENG) and Service (SVM) teams during machine tests and prototype startups.QualificationsEducation: Degree in Engineering, Economics or related fields.Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a technical or commercial role (even internships in manufacturing are valued).Soft Skills: Strong customer orientation, eagerness to learn, and a proactive \"can‑do\" attitude.Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).Languages: Good command of English is essential.Travel: Full willingness to travel autonomously; must hold a valid driver’s license.Additional InformationIf you feel confident in the position don't hesitate to apply.Bosch is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
