We are now looking for a commercially focused Account Development Executive to lead growth within the public charging and retail segments in Italy. This role is ideal for a strategic sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and shaping a cleaner, smarter mobility future. In this role, you will: • Lead business development efforts across public infrastructure, retail chains, real estate, and hospitality sectors. • Cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers to position EV charging as a strategic enabler. • Shape go-to-market strategy based on local insights, regulatory changes, and segment-specific challenges. • Drive positioning in RFPs/tenders and negotiate high-value opportunities that align with client goals. • Represent the company at key industry events, forums, and associations to build visibility and influence. • Work cross-functionally with technical, delivery, and product teams to ensure seamless execution. You are a strong fit if you have: • Proven experience in high-tech B2B sales (e.g. energy, mobility, infrastructure, or industrial sectors). • A hunter mentality with a proven track record of acquiring new business and closing large, strategic deals. • Solid understanding of Italy’s public EV charging landscape, from municipalities to private site owners. • Excellent communication and relationship management skills at senior level. • Strategic thinking, commercial sharpness, and the ability to translate complex solutions into client value. • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal. • Experience working in international or matrixed environments.
