The Sales Administration, Tender & Contract Compliance Specialist is responsible for sales administration, tender coordination, contract governance and compliance management within an international and highly regulated commercial environment. Supporting Italy and Switzerland.
This position reports to the EMEA Lead contracts and Compliance bids and Tenders and is part of the Sales Administration team located in Cassina de’ Pecchi (MI) and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Lead end-to-end management of tender and regulated opportunities, ensuring full compliance with legal, contractual, pricing, and governance requirements.
* Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to execute deals, validate pricing, mitigate risks, and maintain accurate, audit-ready commercial and tender documentation.
* Responsible for sales administration and contract lifecycle management, driving process optimization and the standardization of commercial practices across Europe through insights derived from CRM/ERP data.
The essential requirements of the job include:
* Fluency in English, Italian, French, and German is required, with English and Italian being essential for day-to-day operations
* Approximately 10 years of proven experience in tender management, contract administration, or commercial operations roles in a regulated environment.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
* Experience working in multi-country / EMEA environments
* Ability to manage stakeholders across Sales, Legal, and Finance internationally
