We are seeking a skilled IT professional to manage and optimize our organization's systems, ensuring efficiency, security, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the CRM system, particularly the order taking module on iPads, and developing and maintaining SAP Business Objects (BI) sales reports for management and field forces.
Your Responsibilities
* Maintain the CRM system with special attention to the order taking module on iPads
* Develop, maintain, and distribute SAP Business Objects (BI) sales reports for management and field forces
* Collaborate with the central IT team in development, implementation, and maintenance of IT operations
* Participate in projects involving data connectivity and system integration
* Liaise with external providers
* Maintain office IT infrastructure and cooperate in procurement of ITC equipment
* Provide user support and training
Requirements
* High energy and drive to make a difference
* 2-3 years of work experience in similar positions
* Advanced use of Excel and iOS mandatory, knowledge of BI tools nice to have
* Previous experience with Dell and HP devices, Microsoft Windows, and printer troubleshooting
* Aquaintance with MDM systems
* Fluent English
