You will be responsible for defining operational maintenance priorities for your Factory and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions;You will be responsible for identifying any extraordinary maintenance needs of your Factory;You will organize interventions involving, as needed, its own technicians, external companies and/or suppliers;You will ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations and procedures;You will provide coaching activities for the implementation of the Operational Excellence corporate program.
Your TeamYou will become part of the Industrial Team in Cermenate Plant, reporting to the Technical Service Leader Italy.What Makes You a Great Fit
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar;Previous experience in the role (not mandatory);Excellent knowledge of the Office suite and Excel;Fluent use of the English language;Proactivity, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
