The role will collaborate closely with managers and employees, ensuring alignment between business needs and HR practices. /p h3bMain Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with the HR Manager and Senior HR Business Partners to support People Management processes. /li liAssist in daily HR activities, including 1:1 employee interviews, report updates, disciplinary procedures, and designing presentations. /li liManage the training process, ensuring the effective delivery of safety, technical upskilling, and organizational awareness programs. /li liSupport Frames Manufacturing Plant Leaders in achieving business goals through HR reporting, workforce management, team communication, and well‑being surveys. /li liPartner with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment and oversee the onboarding process for new hires. /li liContribute to People Development initiatives to promote company values and foster employee growth. /li liCoordinate and manage internship programs across different Business Units. /li liMaintain and update organizational charts. /li /ul h3bMain Requirements /b /h3 ul liEducational background in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Management, or Law /li liFluency in English (additional languages are a plus) /li liStrong problem‑solving skills and adaptability to different situations /li liCritical thinking and effective communication skills /li liProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint /li liA collaborative mindset with a strong inclination for teamwork /li liAbility to adjust communication style based on the context /li /ul h3bOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment /b /h3 pWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
