For the Solvenza area of the facility, we are seeking a Addetto/a al Customer Care.
Main Activities
* Handling reservation requests, front desk activities, issuing invoices, and managing patient procedures, both self-paying and insured through insurance and supplementary health funds.
* Managing calls and incoming mail.
* Performing related administrative tasks.
Must-Have Skills
* Secondary school diploma and/or degree.
* Excellent knowledge of the Office suite.
* Accuracy, punctuality, and proactivity.
* Strong communication skills and discretion.
