Domain Banking Finance
Hybrid – 2-3 days office per week
Language mandatory - Italian and English speaking

Secondary Technical Skills - JAVA, Microsoft Office tools, Jira, Batch jobs
About the Role
Responsibilities
* Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements
* Analyzing new change requests, design solutions, and guide developers in implementation
* Supporting the development teams and supervising the design, testing, and modification stages
* Keep track of compliance requirements and adhere to the schedule
* Expert in finding root causes for incidents, bugs, and help in getting to permanent solutions of recurring incidents
Qualifications / Preferred background
* Experience of Incident handling and problem solving in a L3 support team
* Experience in projects dealing with File interfaces and protocols
* Service minded and took responsibility within relevant working areas
* Able to work independently and to quickly pick up necessary knowledge and technologies
* Good at communicating actively appreciating and respecting diversity in the work environment
* Working in a structured and analytical way
