The role of Client Engagement Manager presents a unique opportunity for talented engineers to develop long-term sales and client relationships within the South Central Europe region. As a trusted advisor, you will engage with clients across various business units, fostering strong connections and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

* Become a trusted advisor to clients through diligent engagement and consistent communication.
* Develop relationships and business with nominated local customers.
* Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to support client accounts.
* Prepare market analysis and discover new opportunities.
* Collaborate with clients' engineering on system-level projects and manage technical resources.
* Organize technology events at the client and for the clients.


Requirements and Qualifications

* University degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, Avionics, or Information Technology.
* Solid understanding of electronic systems architectures, digital, and analog electronics.
* Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork ability.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
