Job Description
Gi Group collaborates with a leading company operating in the air handling technology sector: Ecoclima. They are seeking a Production and Planning Manager for their manufacturing unit in Cadoneghe.
The role's objective is to coordinate, manage, and plan production activities, as well as support problem-solving related to production. The candidate should have experience in personnel management and monitoring of quality and safety standards. The role reports directly to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
* Organize and supervise production activities
* Set up and schedule production tasks
* Maintain and improve production process performance
* Monitor and manage processes to ensure quality standards
* Verify the proper functioning of machinery (presses, bending machines, punching machines, automatic cutting and semi-finished product production machines)
* Analyze production and warehouse data to implement continuous improvement actions
* Coordinate with various departments to analyze and resolve issues
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate preferably holds a technical diploma and has previous experience in a similar role, preferably in carpentry or the metalworking industry. Autonomy, flexibility, assertiveness, authority, precision, resource management, and problem-solving attitude are essential qualities.

* Salary: To be agreed based on experience
* Location: Cadoneghe (PD)
* Working Hours: 8 hours, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 and 17:00, with a one-hour lunch break. On-site cafeteria and catering services available.
