Gräfik is seeking a results-driven salesperson to reach out to potential clients and sell our workforce management platform. This is a commission-based role with a recurring commission model, offering strong earning potential.

Gräfik is an early-stage Estonian startup on a mission to make workforce management effortless. We’re building a web and mobile platform that streamlines shift scheduling and simplifies employee management. As we grow, we are looking for a ambitious and self-driven salesperson to join our team and help us expand into the Italian market.
Responsibilities
* Contact prospective clients from provided lead lists
* Present and explain our product clearly and confidently
* Manage follow-ups and maintain client relationships
* Provide feedback to help improve the sales process
* (Optional) Identify and reach out to additional leads independently to grow your client base
Requirements
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
* Previous sales experience is not a must, what matters most is being proactive and great with people!
