Requirements include: Possession of VAT number; High school diploma; Previous experience as a Team Manager/Coordinator in credit mediation, personal loans, fifths assignment, or financial promotion; experience in credit mediation is a preferred qualification; OAM registration; Good computer skills; Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills; Proactivity and dynamism; Organizational and time management skills; Professional appearance suitable for the role.
