The role ensures seamless user interaction with CRM tools, promotes data-driven decision-making, and enhances the overall customer journey across digital touchpoints. /p h3Tasks And Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate with sales and IT to identify new features and development opportunities /li liContinuously assess the CRM system's performance and functionalities, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience /li liConduct user workshops and physical training sessions /li liCustomize and pull marketing reports from the CRM /li liWork with marketing and customer service teams to develop customer engagement and retention strategies /li liParticipate in user testing and upgrade processes, and ensure that business objectives are met /li liEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness by conducting regular data audits and clean-ups /li liEnsure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies when handling customer data (strong collaboration with legal and IT departments) /li liImplement security measures to protect customer information and maintain data confidentiality (strong collaboration with legal and IT departments) /li liExperience with Sitecore or most common CMS /li liGuarantee web performance thanks to the monitoring and support of the IT department /li liImproving the user experience of the website /li liPerform and monitor A/B test activities /li liManage external developers and suppliers (UX designers and developers, back/front end developers, quality managers, infrastructure manager, editors etc.) /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Economics, Engineering, or equivalent STEM faculty /li li4+ years of experience in a similar role within a complex multinational environment /li liFluent English (other languages appreciated) /li liExperience with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud and/or similar /li liProject management skills /li liAbility to manage complexity and work under pressure /li liCustomer focus and strong customer support commitment /li liAnalytical aptitude, monitoring, and summarising skills /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
