The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing UI, main Control Unit and motor control electronics, with in-depth knowledge of electric machines. This role will be pivotal in designing, developing, and testing the hardware that powers our next-generation appliances. A fundamental knowledge of digital circuits, microcontrollers, and analog circuit design is essential for this position. Experience in the home appliance industry or a similar regulated environment is highly advantageous. /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliDesign and development of hardware for electronic boards used in appliances and similar applications. /liliParticipation in project homologation phases, including electrical testing in laboratories. /liliCreate and maintain product documentation including schematics, calculations, and test reports. /liliAnalyze customer requirements and define HW architecture and requirements, starting from internal system requirements and architecture. /liliDesign analog and digital circuits, including integration of microcontrollers. /liliCollaborate with firmware and mechanical engineers for board bring-up and system integration. /liliCreate and execute test and validation plans to ensure hardware robustness and reliability. /liliDebug and resolve complex hardware/software interaction issues using lab tools. /liliParticipate in design reviews and contribute to technical documentation. /li /ulpTechnical Skills Qualifications /pulliMaster’s Degree in Electronic Engineering or related field. /liliMinimum 3–5 years of experience in hardware development for microcontroller-based boards (8–32 bit). /liliIn-depth knowledge of electric machines and control techniques. /liliStrong proficiency in analog and digital circuit design. /liliExperience with 32-bit microcontroller integration. /liliProficiency with EDA tools (e.g., CAPTURE CIS, Altium Designer, Cadence/OrCAD). /liliExperience with simulation tools (e.g., PSPICE, MICROCAP, MATLAB/SIMULINK, SPICE, PLECS). /liliCompetence on safety and EMC standards (e.g., IEC 60335, EN55014-x, EN61000-x-x). /liliExperience in DFMEA and Design for Manufacturing/Testability methodologies. /liliKnowledge of thermal management for power components. /liliExperience with touch and UI applications. /liliRequirement and use case definition and verification. /liliExperience in performing the electrical sizing of circuits, including power, current, and thermal dissipation calculations, as well as component selection based on project requirements and safety standards /liliFluent in English (spoken and written). /liliAvailability to travel to clients and company sites. /liliPreferred experience in: /liliDevelop SMPS and DC/DC converters of medium-low power. /liliDesign hardware for touch interfaces and color displays (TFT) with touch screen. /liliDesign wireless circuits (BLE, WiFi, etc.). /liliFamiliarity with EMI-EMC topics and resolution techniques. /liliHW development for motor control boards with power ratings up to 300W /li /ulpSoft Skills /pulliStrong analytical skills and methodical approach to troubleshooting. /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills. /liliProactive team player with effective collaboration abilities. /liliDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and reliability. /liliAdaptable to new technologies and regulatory requirements. /li /ulpHow to be successful in the role and at Bitron: /ppWe are always on the lookout for ambitious individuals who share our values and are ready to embrace new challenges with one goal in mind: building the world of tomorrow.
