This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about e-commerce and customer service. As a representative' you will assist customers in Italian' helping them navigate our online platform' resolve inquiries' and enhance their shopping experience. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries regarding products' orders' and services through phone' email' and live chat in Italian. - Assist customers with account management' order placement' and payment issues. - Resolve complaints and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience. - Document all customer interactions accurately in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. - Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline processes. - Stay updated on product offerings' promotions' and marketplace policies to provide accurate information. Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required, proficiency in English is an advantage. - Previous experience in customer service' ideally within the online retail or e-commerce industry. - Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including evenings and weekends' as required.
