Together, we can make an impact! /p h3Job Scope /h3 pThe Immuno Global Innovation and Product Development Portfolio Manager is responsible for: /p ul lioverseeing and managing the Innovation process for immunodiagnostic products /li limanaging and coordinating the Global MasterPlan for Product Development (PDMP) of Immuno products /li /ul pThis role ensures the effective execution of the Product Development Master Plan (PDMP) from idea to launch, supports the involved Functions about the optimization of resource allocation across development sites according with workload and site capacity, and drives Innovation initiatives in alignment with the process and the organizational strategy. /p h3Key Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liMasterplan Management: oversee and maintain the Global PDMP Portfolio, supervise the Local PDMP deployment and execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery of milestones. /li liProject Allocation: support the distribution of projects across Product Development sites based on workload, capacity, and technical expertise, highlights portfolio conflict of priorities. /li liRisk and Issue Escalation: act as the primary escalation point for critical risks and issues, coordinating resolution strategies with stakeholders. /li liPortfolio Management: Oversee the execution of the projects part of PDMP ensuring application of effective Project Management method. /li liProject Management Tools: define, implement, and maintain standardized project management tools and methodologies within Product development. /li liInnovation Initiatives management: set Innovation governance uprunning, lead the preparation and development of Innovation initiatives (Business Case) through the stage and gate assessment process, monitoring the Gate content preparation and the action items when requested (through adequate reporting), fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement. /li liCross-Functional Collaboration: ensure effective communication and coordination between global and local functions (Regulatory, Assay Transfer, BRM, etc) to achieve Product Development strategic goals. /li /ul h3Education, Experience, and Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity Master of Science degree (technical degree: Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, etc.). Project Management certification is a plus. /li li5 years of work experience in project management, including aspects of process development and execution in international companies. /li liExpertise of project management methodologies/tools. /li liDemonstrated experience in team coordination /li liReacts to project scope/time/cost creeps by ensuring promptly and efficiently communication and update to all the stakeholders. /li liStrategic thinking and managerial approach. /li liEffective and practical approach to problem solving. /li liStrong communication skills and standing to interact with the Top Management of the organization. /li liStrong interpersonal skills. /li liLeadership skills and strong energy and motivation. /li liFluent English and Italian. /li liAvailability to travel for short periods. /li /ul pDiasorin is an equal opportunity employer.
