The Role
We are seeking an
Events & Communications Manager
to join our team. This is a uniquely hybrid position, perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of hospitality, creativity, and storytelling.
On one side, you will
manage and coordinate all event inquiries and bookings
from weddings to private dinners and retreats. You will be the point of contact for guests, event planners, and suppliers, ensuring a seamless journey from the first email to the final glass of champagne.
On the other side, you will
manage our PR and digital presence
, working closely with ownership to tell Casa Newton's story to the world. This includes handling social media, liaising with journalists and influencers, and ensuring our brand is consistently represented with the elegance and refinement our property embodies.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for event inquiries, conducting site visits and managing guest communications with discretion and warmth.
* Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, including our winery, and trusted external suppliers to deliver flawless events that embody Casa Newton's ethos.
* Oversee the hotel's social media channels, curating engaging content that reflects our personality, values, and atmosphere.
* Cultivate and expand relationships with press, partners, and influencers to secure meaningful coverage and collaborations.
* Develop and execute creative communication campaigns to strengthen Casa Newton's positioning as a leading boutique hospitality destination in Tuscany.
* Write and manage newsletters and website updates, ensuring all content reflects our brand voice and aesthetic.
* Monitor and analyze event performance and digital engagement, using insights to continually refine and improve.
* Support our winery team during select events, ensuring consistency across the Casa Newton guest experience.
What We're Looking For
* A background in luxury hospitality, events management, PR, or communications.
* 2-4 years of experience in events management or in marketing and PR
* Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to move with ease between detail-oriented event planning and big-picture storytelling.
* A natural sense of aesthetics and understanding of luxury branding.
* Proficiency in social media management and digital storytelling.
* Fluency in English and Italian is strongly preferred.
* Someone proactive, dynamic, and polished, who thrives in boutique-style, entrepreneurial environments
