Key Responsibilities of the Project Financial Controller:
* Work closely with Project Managers, serving as the finance representative on project teams
* Monitor project budgets and provide regular financial performance reports and forecasts
* Ensure accurate and timely recording of all project costs and commitments
* Manage project cash flow and prepare vendor payments in collaboration with Project Managers
* Prepare and submit weekly/monthly financial reports, dashboards, and other required documents
Qualifications and Skills:
* University degree in Finance or Accounting, with a Master's degree considered an asset
* Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the EPC sector
* Expertise in financial reporting under IFRS and understanding of key accounting judgements for engineering services businesses
* Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
* Exposure to international work environments
* Solid knowledge of accounting and general chart of accounts
* Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in MS Office, with knowledge of SAP considered an asset
* Full Italian working rights
