We are looking for a highly motivated Global Role Offer Marketing to support the Customer Marketing strategy within a Worldwide scope. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sustainable business growth by supporting the definition, development and delivery of the Role Offer Marketing strategies through strategic marketing plans and integrated, multi-touch programs. These programs will be data-driven and designed to REACH, ENGAGE, and CONVERT our business audience aligned with the Go-to-Market tactics of the company, delivering a compelling marketing journey. You will also co-manage the Role Offer Marketing team within Brand organizations and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of global initiatives. Role & Responsibilities: - Design and implement comprehensive marketing programs that include clear messaging, engaging assets, and detailed execution guidelines aimed at driving both customer and prospect engagement, while supporting awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth in alignment with the Marketing Engagement model - Leverage Market Insights, Marketing Insights, and Industry Priorities to define holistic industry marketing strategies that are tailored to evolving market dynamics and business objectives - Collaborate with Industry and Brand teams to co-develop marketing programs, content plans, and tactical initiatives specifically designed for targeted audiences, ensuring strategic alignment across the organization - Integrate critical Marketing Insights components, such as the B2B customer journey, key touchpoints, and content marketing best practices, to enhance program effectiveness and customer experience - Define and implement organic marketing strategies and tactical plans for Industry and Brand, ensuring consistent support for business priorities and revenue goals - Build and maintain a comprehensive one-year marketing program plan, recommending tactics that effectively support organizational objectives while remaining adaptable to market shifts - Work closely with the broader marketing ecosystem, including GEO Marketing Leaders and the Digital Team, to coordinate seamless execution and delivery of marketing plans, content, and customer engagement activities - Develop and implement a content strategy, aligned with official Go-to-Market tactics defined by Global Sales Operations, to support solution deployment, customer adoption, and overall business impact Qualifications: - Proven ability to develop creative and innovative marketing ideas, translating them into actionable and effective programs that contribute to business growth - Experience in integrating global marketing strategies into local and regional execution, ensuring consistency and alignment with broader corporate objectives - Strong expertise in marketing strategy planning, content marketing development, and market analysis to support data-driven decision-making - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to influence stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels - Strong leadership abilities, combined with strategic thinking and the capability to drive complex projects forward while managing multiple priorities - Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to process complex information to inform strategy and execution - Effective time management and organizational skills, allowing for efficient handling of multiple projects in a dynamic environment - Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is considered a strong asset Inclusion statement: As a game-changer in sustainable technology and innovation, Dassault Systèmes is striving to build more inclusive and diverse teams across the globe.
