Field Service Coordinator - Apprenticeship
We are looking for an Apprentice for our Customer Service within the Digital Industries business area (Core Automation) who will be trained for 2 years in Milan as a Field Service Coordinator.

Responsibilities
* Supporting the scheduling of on-site and remote activities with Field Service Technicians in Italy and/or abroad;
* Assisting in administrative activities related to the purchase and delivery of spare parts, following predefined procedures;
* Preparation of offers and in the processing of customers' orders, in accordance with internal guidelines;
* Collaborating with Business Unit stakeholders by supporting information exchange and contributing to customer-related activities;
* Providing support in activities related to the coordination of third-party vendors, assisting the team during the different phases of the process;
* Supporting customers during the Field Service process, starting from ticket registration and assisting in follow-up activities, ensuring correct data handling and escalation when required.
Required Entry Qualifications
* You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract;
* High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree (or ongoing studies) in Economics, Humanities, Engineering, or similar fields;
* Microsoft Office basic knowledge;
* Proficiency in English and Italian;
* Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work in a changing environment;
* Passion to never-stop growing;
* Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge;
* Eligibility to work in Italy.
