PpWe’re thrilled to be bringing our fresh dog food to Italy! Butternut Box is looking for a creative, highly motivated, and results-oriented bBrand Manager /b to help drive and define our brand as a key member of the Italian founding and leadership team. /ppIn this role, you will come up with and execute brand marketing initiatives to grow awareness in a sustainable way. You will report directly to the bCountry Manager (Italy) /b, with a dotted line to our bGlobal Head of Brand /b. Your mission: bring health and happiness to dogs across Italy. /ppbIn this role, you can expect to: /b /pullibOwn Grow: /b Build Butternut Box Italy’s brand awareness from the ground up, communicating the power of fresh dog food. /lilibImpact: /b Execute high-impact campaigns that get people talking and build "brand love" in the Italian market. /lilibInnovate: /b Have the freedom to push boundaries and create truly impactful, localised work. /lilibConnect: /b Meet and pet plenty of dogs along the way. /li /ulh3Brand Marketing /h3ullibStrategy Execution: /b Develop impactful initiatives that align with our central brand positioning while remaining deeply relevant to Italian dog owners. /lilibCampaign Management: /b Lead projects from ideation to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and drive consumer advocacy. /lilibGrowth: /b Generate creative ideas to support ambitious growth objectives in Italy and report on brand performance through regular brand tracking and experimentation. /li /ulh3Brand Communications /h3ullibBrand Guardianship: /b Execute communication that reflects Butternut’s tone, values, and visual standards. /lilibLocalisation: /b Ensure our "tone of voice" is flawlessly adapted for the Italian audience while clarifying our unique offering. /lilibPR Outreach: /b Coordinate external communications, manage inbound opportunities, and ensure Butternut is picked up by the right news outlets in Italy. /li /ulh3A bit about you. /h3ullibExperience: /b 4+ years in Brand Management with a proven track record of growing brands (Bonus for background in DTC) /lilibOperational Excellence: /b High standards for operational excellence, including budgets, calendars, and timelines. /lilibRelationship Builder: /b Able to develop influential and collaborative relationships across teams and functions, both internally and externally. /lilibBias for Action: /b A highly creative and non-traditional thinker who just makes things happen. /lilibContemporary Shakespeare: /b You are articulate in your vision and can inspire others - from teammates to customers. Great copywriting is second nature to you. /lilibTech Savvy: /b Fluent in G-Suite (Sheets and Slides); being well-practised in Adobe Suite is a big bonus. /lilibFor the Love of Dogs: /b You really like (love?) dogs! /li /ulh3 A bit about us. /h3pAt Butternut, we put the food back into dog food.
