We are re cruiting a Consultant for our International Trade and Cust oms team in Milan, who will be tasked with:
* analysing issues relating to international trade and customs law with respect to duties and non-tariff barriers, trade compliance measures, export controls, sanctions compliance (EU and US) and ESG offering both ongoing advice to multinational groups and counsel in disputes with the courts;
* all the main international trade consultancy areas, such as a classification of goods, customs value, preferential and non preferential origin, duty mitigation programs (EU and US), authorised economic operators (AEO), CBAM, EUDR, EPR, dual use etc;
* drafting legal options regarding customs law and trade compliance, as well as gap analysis, due diligence, etc:
* analysing structures and planning international flows connected to the international supply chain.
Skills

This is the perfect opportunity for you if:
* A master’s degree in Economics (LM-77 or LM-56) or Law (LMG-01), with a final grade of at least 100⁄110;
* The intention to pursue the professional practice as a Chartered Accountant or Lawyer;
* you are proficient in English;
* you have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
