The Impact You'll Have
You will contribute to manage the procurement of raw materials of the category for the Business Unit, being involved in the commodity strategy definition with a specific focus in the sourcing execution.
You will foster long‐term partnerships with your assigned suppliers, acting as their focal point for supplier visits, business reviews and negotiations, price lists and quality management.
You will maintain effective relationships and communication with internal key stakeholders, such as Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality and Finance.
You will prepare and conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding commercial terms, payment conditions and delivery terms in collaboration with the Global Commodity Manager.
You will prepare and analyze performance, risk and sustainability reports for business meetings.
You will conduct comparative analysis about supplier's capabilities and cost drivers to gain insights and improve spending efficiency and effectiveness for the raw material category.
You will support the execution and tracking of innovation and sustainability projects in line with our business and ESG targets.
What You'll Bring To The Team
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
One year's experience in a similar role.
Passion and interest for the Procurement area.
Negotiation and cost‐benefit analysis skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit, analytical approach, project management skills.
Drive and initiative, high energy and ability to adapt to changing environments.
Eagerness to work in a team and to cooperate across departments in an international environment.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Fluency in Italian and English.
