Job Summary:
We are looking for a Talent, Learning & Development Manager, ready totake on a managerial rolewhileremaining actively involved in the operational aspects of learning and development.
This role will also play a key role incoordinating and guiding the recruitment function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about employee growth, eager to design and deliver impactful training programs, and ready to grow into a more strategic position over time.
You will work closely with department leaders tosupport training initiatives, coordinatelearning activities, and contribute tobuilding a culture of continuous development.
You will also support the Talent Acquisition Specialist in a supervisory role,providing strategic directionandoperational guidance for recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Leadership Team toidentify training needsand development opportunities.
Support thedesign and deliveryof training programs (onboarding, soft skills, compliance, etc.).
Facilitatetraining sessions and workshops, both in-person and online.
Assist in thedevelopment of career pathsand learning journeys for employees.
Contribute to theimplementation of leadership development initiatives
Help manage and update content in theLearning Management System (LMS).
Monitor training participation and gather feedback toevaluate effectiveness.
Promote alearning cultureby encouraging participation in internal and external development opportunities.
Supervise andprovide guidancefor the activities of therecruitment function
Coordinate withexternal vendorsand trainers for specific learning needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree inHuman Resources, Education, Psychology, or related fields.
4–5 years of experiencein Learning & Development or HR, with some exposure to training design and delivery.
Experience in recruitment or in coordinating recruitment activitiesto effectively support and guide the Talent Acquisition function.
Previous experience infacilitating training sessionsand working with LMS platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and project coordination abilities.
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
Nice to Have:
Exposure toleadership developmentor succession planning projects.
Familiarity withe-learning tools, microlearning, or gamification.
Certification in L&D (e.g., CPLP, ATD) is a plus but not required.
