Location Vignate, Italy Job Summary Reporting directly to the VPHR, this role provides high-quality HR support and coaching for Ingersoll Rand’s Industrial compression systems and services business, especially the Engineered Solutions division. The HR Business Partner acts as a business partner for the General Manager, ensuring delivery and improvement in areas like Engagement, Talent Acquisition/Development, Culture, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Capability Building, and Organizational Effectiveness. The role involves liaising with HR counterparts across regions and centers of excellence to deliver effective HR support. Responsibilities and Duties Partner with leaders to drive positive change, aligning HR programs with strategic goals. Serve as a credible coach and employee advocate for leadership teams. Develop and implement HR plans, processes, and programs aligned with business objectives, including organizational design, succession planning, talent management, and employee engagement. Drive cultural transformation supporting DE&I strategies. Provide expertise in change management to enhance organizational effectiveness. Coach functional leaders to improve organizational capability. Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition teams to attract and onboard top candidates efficiently. Advise on total rewards strategies to enhance organizational performance and engagement. Collaborate with HR colleagues to share best practices and standardize HR processes. Requirements and Skills Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred. At least 5 years of experience in a progressive HR environment. Proven expertise in talent development, team engagement, and culture change. Experience supporting a sales and service organization in a global matrix environment. Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with HR COEs and shared services. Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills. Knowledge of local employment laws. Authorization to work in the respective country without sponsorship. Prior experience in an industrial company and HR certification are preferred. Travel & Work Arrangements Based in Vignate, with approximately 25% travel within Italy and Europe.
