Mapei is looking for a Corporate Finance Process Controller to join our Finance & Controlling team and support the continuous improvement, harmonization, and governance of our financial processes across the Group.

A Corporate Finance Process Controller is expected to design, monitor, and improve financial processes across the organization. This includes ensuring that all finance workflows are standardized, compliant, and efficient.
* Mapping and documenting finance processes
* Ensuring process compliance across countries/business units
* Identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements
* Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems
* Monitoring adherence to corporate finance policies
* Collaborate with IT on system enhancements, testing, and alignment of finance processes with ERP functionalities
* Performing process checks and variance investigations
* Provide guidance and training to local finance teams on corporate standards and process updates.
What We Are Looking For
* 5+ years of experience in accounting, controlling, or financial process analysis.
* Strong understanding of financial processes (closing, reporting, budgeting, forecasting).
* Familiarity with ERP systems.
* Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong problem‐solving skills.
* Ability to work cross‐functionally in an international environment.
* Experience in the manufacturing sector is a strong plus.
* Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
* Mandatory availability to travel internationally.
