In this role, you will lead publicity for Amazon MGM Studios’ theatrical slate in Italy, shaping campaigns that drive cultural conversation and box office results. You’ll partner with US and EMEA teams, manage Italian agencies, and orchestrate top-tier events and press programs. You’ll provide strategic counsel on market opportunities and corporate storytelling around expansion. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends media relations, brand storytelling, and festival collaboration to elevate the Italian theatrical footprint.

- Oversee regional festival strategy and cultural collaborations with global priorities

- Collaborate with marketing, social, digital, and distribution teams
- Present strategies and results to internal and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and agencies
Responsabilità
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
- Entertainment publicity experience in the Italian market with oversight of theatrical PR campaigns
- Proven track record leading campaigns from strategy to execution
- Experience managing high-profile talent relationships and navigating complex media situations
- Strong relationships with Italian media outlets, journalists, critics, festival programmers, and cultural organizations
- Experience managing agency relationships and publicity budgets
- Ability to develop corporate messaging for business initiatives
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Experience presenting strategies to senior stakeholders
