Here, you will make an impact by: - Leading Sterilization Assurance Solutions and Perioperative portfolio strategies implementation in EMEA
- Sharing portfolio strategy and providing product and market support to the cross functional teams including Campaign, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales & Marketing
- Facilitating the IBP Portfolio Review by providing demand forecasts and insights
- Executing Global NPI’s and Commercialization Process in country and lead Portfolio lifecycle management
- Price management towards tenders and channel. Drive price excellence and effect. Lead margin improvement initiatives
- Leading local action plan to leverage Solventum penetration in the customers and supports local sales managers, channel, reps and clinical specialists
- Owning growth and demand generation activities in the Sterilization care and Perioperative setting.
- Leading insights efforts to deepen understanding of the Sterilization and Perioperative care settings. Interprets industry trends, customer requirements, and business objectives
- Identifying, developing and executing on external partnerships and other business development initiatives to increase relevance in the market. **Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
- 5+ years marketing experience, with a proven track record delivering business results
- Fluent English is a must
- Strong communication, analytical and Marketing skills
- Strategic pricing understanding
- Ability to translate a global portfolio strategy into area adapted tactics including prioritization of regions and/or segments
- Able to move in a fast-paced, decision-oriented environment, influencing others Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: - Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Experience in marketing, and product management/or development working in a health care or medical device environment
- Demonstrated success working and building relationships with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
- Strong critical thinking skills, decisive judgment
- Strong communications skills (verbal, written, presentation) with an ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences in English
