For our Diesel Store in Florence we are recruiting a new Client Advisor - PT 30h. Key Responsibilities Act and think first of the client and their experience, with in-depth knowledge of client desires, needs and expectations. Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times. Be a master at storytelling and asking engaging questions; create a long-term authentic bond with clients and manage customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary. Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor to drive sales results and be accountable for sales targets. Engage in cross-selling with all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs. Demonstrate brand and product knowledge. Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and comply with company operational guidelines and stock procedures. Contribute to security awareness and prevent product theft, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor. Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors; think innovatively about improvements and new ideas. Develop and nurture meaningful client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives. Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a tailored experience to achieve the best sales performance. Key Requirements Previous experience in sales is a plus; experience in structured fashion luxury/retail companies is a plus; passion for retail, client service, and a commercial mindset. Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity. Strong communication skills. Willingness to grow within the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus. Digitally aware and open to new ways of working. Strong competencies in Decision Making, Strategic Thinking, Financial Acumen, Innovation, Focus on Customer and Execution.
