We are looking for a Scientist with hands-on experience in analytical sciences to join our bacterial metabolite R&D unit, focusing on targeted and untargeted metabolite analysis using LC/GC-MS technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Perform LC and GC-MS analysis of bacterial metabolites in an R&D setting
Interpret results using metabolomics software (MetaboAnalyst, LabSolution)
Support experimental design, data analysis, and report writing
Assist with lab maintenance and reagent inventory management
Required Skills & Qualifications
MSc in Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field
Documented experience with LC and/or GC-MS chromatographic analysis; MS experience is a plus
Familiarity with standard biochemical techniques (UV-VIS spectroscopy, SDS-PAGE, sample preparation/extraction)
Good statistical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team
