Here, you will feel valued for your contributions as we reinvent modern commerce—together. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liPreparing, processing, and monitoring quotations, orders, and deliveries in compliance with the established Sales Administration procedures. /li liPreparing quotations for prospects. /li liCollecting the necessary information to respond quickly to emails and/or customer requests. /li liProviding support to customers and distributors. /li liAssisting with the follow-up of deliveries for registered orders. /li liOpening, monitoring, and filing customer records. /li liCollaborating and interacting with the accounting, logistics, and IT departments as part of customer account follow-up. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liYou have initial significant experience in a similar position. /li liYou are autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative. /li liYou have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong affinity for teamwork. /li liYou have already worked with an ERP and/or CRM system (preferably Salesforce and SAP) /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pbWe feel supported.
