Role PurposeWe are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll professional to manage and support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes for international manufacturing operations.The role works closely with local managers and employees and reports functionally to the Global HR team, ensuring seamless HR service delivery and operational continuity.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Onboarding
Collaborate with recruitment partners to identify and attract talentSupport pre-hire processes and employment documentationPrepare and deliver onboarding and induction programs for new hires
HR Operations & Employee Support
Act as the first point of contact for employeesHandle day-to-day HR queries related to policies, benefits, attendance, payroll, and HR systemsEnsure a high level of service excellence and responsiveness
Payroll, Benefits & Compensation Administration
Prepare and validate payroll inputsManage employee lifecycle changes and related system updatesEnsure data accuracy for monthly payroll cyclesProvide administrative support for benefitsEnsure full compliance with employment and payroll regulations
Employee Engagement & Experience
Maintain regular on-site presence and employee interactionContribute to improving workplace climate and organizational culture
Ideal Candidate Profile
8–10 years of experience in HR and payroll roles, preferably within a manufacturing environmentSolid hands-on experience in HR operations and payroll processesExperience with ADP or ADP Celergo payroll systems is highly desirableStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to operate effectively in an international environmentProactive, reliable, and service-oriented mindset
